Welcome to MTN Mangoes. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always try to deliver premium farm fresh Pakistani mangoes in the best possible condition. Because mangoes are perishable food products, our refund and return policy is limited and carefully managed.
By placing an order with MTN Mangoes, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Return Policy.
Perishable Product Policy
All mangoes sold by MTN Mangoes are fresh agricultural products with a limited shelf life. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes:
- returns are generally not accepted
- exchanges are limited
- change of mind cancellations are not allowed after shipment
- opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned
Customers are requested to order carefully before confirming purchase.
No Return for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including:
- change of mind
- personal taste preference
- minor color differences
- natural ripening variations
- delayed consumption by customer
- preference for softer or harder mangoes
Mangoes are natural farm products, and slight variations in size, color, sweetness, aroma, or texture may occur between batches and varieties.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in genuine situations such as:
- severely damaged shipment
- incorrect product delivered
- spoiled mangoes caused before delivery
- missing items from confirmed order
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Required Evidence for Claims
To process a genuine complaint, customers may be asked to provide:
- order number
- customer name
- delivery details
- clear photos of mangoes
- packaging photos
- shipment information
Without proper evidence, refund or replacement requests may not be approved.
Shipment and Delivery Responsibility
MTN Mangoes carefully packs mangoes to reduce transportation damage and maintain freshness during delivery.
However, delays or handling issues caused by:
- courier companies
- transport services
- weather conditions
- traffic disruptions
- customer unavailability
are sometimes outside our direct control.
We are not responsible for product deterioration caused by delayed customer collection or improper storage after delivery.

Customized and Bulk Orders
Customized mango orders, wholesale shipments, and special packaging orders are generally non-refundable once processing or shipment begins.
Customized services may include:
- wooden box packing
- gift packaging
- wholesale packing
- transport-based shipment
- customer-specific order preparation
Customers are encouraged to confirm all order details carefully before final approval.

Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund may be processed through:
- bank transfer
- digital wallet

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and case review.
MTN Mangoes reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims after reviewing all available information.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
During peak mango season, quick processing and dispatch may limit cancellation availability.
Product Storage Responsibility
Customers should store mangoes properly after receiving delivery to maintain freshness and quality.
Recommended practices include:
- keeping mangoes at room temperature for ripening
- avoiding excessive heat exposure
- refrigerating only after ripening if necessary
Improper storage after delivery may affect mango quality and is not covered under refund or replacement policy.
